Industrial grade polyaluminum chloride products are divided into two categories: solid and liquid. The solid is in the form of golden or light yellow particles or powders, while the liquid is brown in color.

Applications

Industrial grade polyaluminum chloride is commonly used for the purification of industrial water supply, industrial wastewater, industrial circulating water, and urban wastewater. It is mainly applied in industries such as leather manufacturing, papermaking, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, coal mining, and oil fields. The liquid product is suitable for users within 100 kilometers.

Usage

According to the different conditions of the raw water, a small test can be conducted before use to determine the optimal dosage. Liquid products can be added directly or diluted before adding. Solid products need to be dissolved and diluted before being added.

1. Solid products weigh 1-15kg per thousand tons of water, while liquids weigh 3-40kg per thousand tons of water.

2. The dilution ratio for solid products is 2-20%, and for liquid products it is 5-50%.

Attentions

1. This product is prohibited from being mixed, transported, and stored with other chemicals. The product should be stored indoors in a dry, ventilated, and cool place.

2. The effective storage period of the product is 6 months for liquids and 12 months for solids. Solid products can still be used after being dampened.
