Product Descriptions

Aluminum sulfate is a widely used water treatment chemical used for purifying drinking water and wastewater treatment, as well as in the paper industry. Our company uses aluminum hydroxide and high-purity sulfuric acid as raw materials for production.

Applications

1. Used as a paper sizing agent in the papermaking industry to enhance the water resistance and impermeability of paper.

2. Water treatment agents, when dissolved in water, can cause small particles and natural gel particles in the water to aggregate into large flocs, thereby removing them from the water. Therefore, they are used as coagulants for water supply and wastewater.

3. Analytical reagents, mordants, tanning agents, oil decolorizers, wood preservatives.

4. Stabilizers for albumin pasteurization (including liquid or frozen whole eggs, egg whites or yolks).

5. Can be used as raw material for manufacturing artificial gemstones, high-grade ammonium alum, and other aluminum salts.

Usage

1. Dosage: Determine the dosage of aluminum sulfate for purified water based on water quality and treatment requirements. Typically, the dosage per ton of water is 10-100 grams. But the specific dosage needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation.

2. Uniform addition: Add the dissolved pure water aluminum sulfate solution evenly to the water source to be treated. Mixing or spraying can be used when adding to ensure that the medication is fully in contact with impurities in the water.
