Product Descriptions
There are two types of high purity polyaluminum chloride products: solid and liquid. The solid is a white powder, and the liquid is clear.
Applications
Widely used in domestic drinking water, urban water supply, paper sizing, industrial water supply, and industrial wastewater treatment, this product has a wide water area and is currently the most widely used flocculant in domestic and industrial water treatment.
Advantages
The drinking water grade polyaluminum chloride produced by our company adopts the most advanced spray drying technology in China at present. The product has the remarkable advantages of fine powder, uniform particles, easily soluble in water, good flocculation effect, high efficiency and stability of purification, small dosage, and relatively low cost. The purified water quality is better than aluminum sulfate coagulant, and the cost of water purification is 15-30% lower.

Note: The mass fractions of impurities such as iron (Fe), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb), and lead (Pb) are calculated based on the proportion of 10.0% alumina (Al2O3).
Usage
1. According to the different conditions of the raw water, a small-scale test can be conducted before use to determine the optimal dosage. The usual dosage is 1-15kq/thousand tons of water for solid products and 3-40kg/thousand tons of water for liquids. The specific dosage is determined by the actual experimental quantity of users.
2. Add the medication according to the optimal dosage obtained from small-scale testing, and pay attention to observation and adjustment during operation. If there are few alum flowers and a large amount of residual turbidity in the sedimentation tank, then the amount added is too small; If the alum flowers in the sedimentation tank are large and overturned, and the residual turbidity is high, the dosage should be adjusted appropriately.
Precautions
1. This product is prohibited from being mixed, transported, and stored with other chemicals. The product should be stored indoors in a dry, ventilated, and cool place.
2. The effective storage period of the product is 6 months for liquids and 12 months for solids. Solid products can still be used after being dampened.
